De-Stress and Replenish:
This day focuses on asanas and sequences designed to release tension and invite a sense of calm into your body. This day offers some time out to refocus your attention on your body and see how you can draw on the beauty of spring to revitalise you.
As with all the day retreats, this programme is open to all levels and can be fully adapted so that all individuals can participate.
Day retreat in Norwich complete with yoga to energise and restore, mindfulness activities to focus on the present and lunch provided by Namaste Village with an opportunity to meet like-minded people.
Terms and conditions: Price includes use of blocks, straps, unlimited water, tea and nourishing lunch. Participants are required to bring their own mats and appropriate clothing for the indoor session and possibly a guided walk outside (weather dependant). All times are an estimate and may change subject to the group's needs. The fee is non-refundable but if you cannot attend, you are welcome to offer someone else to come in your place.
